Clients may cancel a service under the following conditions:

  • Before Service Initiation: Clients can cancel a service before it has started. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
  • After Service Initiation: If a service is canceled after it has started but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. The amount of the refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
